Chicago, April 4 – Banco Actinver, SA Fideicomiso Fibra Uno 1401 issued $600 million of 7 3/8% 10-year green bonds (Baa2//BBB-), according to a notice.
The bonds were issued without a discount.
The deal was 2x oversubscribed.
Bank of America, BBVA, Santander, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JP Morgan and Scotia were bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
Proceeds are being used to fully prepay the company’s bond due in December 2024.
Fibra Uno is a real estate investment trust in Mexico and Latin America.
