New Issue: Lithuania’s AEI seeks investors for €18.9 million tap of green bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 3 – UAB Atsinaujinancios energetikos investicijos (AEI) announced it has started accepting subscriptions for an €18.9 million add-on to its bonds under its €100 million green bond program.

The bonds will be issued at 91.573055 to yield 10%.

The bonds are being offered in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The offer period runs from Jan. 3 to Jan. 18.

With the latest issuance, the aggregate value of bonds issued under the green bond program is €91.3 million.

The Vilnius, Lithuania-based issuer is managed by Lords LB Assets Management, which invests in renewable energy development projects in Poland and the Baltic states.
