Lithuania’s AEI offers €10 million green bonds with upsize option

Los Angeles, Sept. 6 – UAB Atsinaujinancios energetikos investicijos said it has started accepting subscriptions for a tap offering under its €100 million green bond program (ISIN: LT0000405938).

The company is planning to issue up to €10 million of bonds, with a possible increase to €20 million, to investors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The bonds will be issued at 90.193924 to yield 10%.

With the issuance of an additional €10 million of bonds, the aggregate value of bonds issued under the green bond program will be €67.7 million. If the issuance is increased to €20 million, the aggregate value will be €77.7 million.

The offer period runs from Sept. 6 to Sept. 15.

Settlement will be on Sept. 20.

Luminor Bank AS is the arranger and dealer for the Regulation S bonds.

The Vilnius, Lithuania-based issuer is managed by Lords LB Assets Management, which invests in renewable energy development projects in Poland and the Baltic states.
