Lithuania’s Orkela opens subscription period for 6% bonds due 2025

Chicago, Nov. 15 – UAB Orkela will open the subscription period for its 6% bonds due Jan. 19, 2025 on Thursday, according to a press release.

Investors will have until Nov. 27 to subscribe to the €1,000-par bonds. There is a discount of 979.476.

Nov. 28 is the payment date. The issue date will be Nov. 29.

The company is offering up to €6 million of the bonds. Approval has been granted by the Bank of Lithuania on a base prospectus for up to €19,049,000.

Proceeds will be used to fund a real estate construction project.

The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Vilnius.

The real estate development company is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
