ESPG launches exchange offer to extend existing bonds three years

Chicago, June 14 – ESPG AG (European Science Park Group) launched an exchange offer for its existing bonds (ISIN: DE000A2NBY22) for up €46,626,000 of new 9½% bonds with a three-year term (ISIN: DE000A351VD7), according to an announcement.

The exchange would be on a one-to-one basis.

The offer is aimed exclusively at investors with holdings of at least €100,000 each.

The offer, which started June 13, expires at noon ET on June 30.

The exchange agent is Quirin Privatbank AG.

An investor call is scheduled for June 15.
