Moody's assigns Link convertibles A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 backed senior unsecured rating to the planned convertible bond to be issued by Link CB Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Link Real Estate Investment Trust.

Link REIT, Link Holdings Ltd. and Link Properties Ltd. will guarantee the notes.

Link REIT plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
