Moody’s views Multiversity positively
Moody's Investors Service said it changed Multiversity SpA’s outlook to positive from stable and affirmed the B2 corporate family rating, the B2-PD probability of default rating and the B2 rating on the €765 million of senior secured floating-rate notes due 2028.
"The positive outlook reflects the company's strong operating performance in 2022, ahead of our initial projections when we first assigned the rating, and our expectations for further improvement over the next 12-18 months," said Agustin Alberti, a Moody's vice president, senior analyst and lead analyst for Multiversity.
"However, we acknowledge that recent proposed regulatory changes reduce visibility on future performance over the medium term because of implied higher costs, and therefore we will assess how the company will adapt to the new framework," Alberti added.
