Pipeline Health System wants to push back some plan dates

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 2 – Pipeline Health System, LLC asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas to move its plan supplement deadline to Dec. 5 from Dec. 2 and the plan objection and voting deadlines to 6 p.m. ET on Dec. 12 from 6 p.m. ET on Dec. 9, according to an emergency motion.

The company said it needs more time to finalize items to be included in a plan supplement as it continues to market its California and Texas assets and works on closing the sale of its Illinois assets.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Dec. 19.

Pipeline Health System is an El Segundo, Calif.-based community-focused health care network. It filed bankruptcy on Oct. 2 under Chapter 11 case number 22-90291.
