Desert Home Care’s official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 27 – Borrego Community Health Foundation, which does business as Desert Home Care, had its official committee of unsecured creditors appointed Monday by Region 15 U.S. trustee Tiffany L. Carroll, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.

The committee members are Pamela M. Craik for McKesson Corp., based in West Sacramento, Calif., Stephen Janes for Greenway Health, LLC, based in Tampa, Fla., Aracelis Gutierrez for We Klean Inc., based in Ramona, Calif., Mustafa Bilala for Mustafa Bilal, DDS, Inc., based in Anaheim, Calif., Mehrnaz Irani for Vista Village Family Dentistry, based in Vista, Calif., Denise Gitsham for Vitamin D Public Relations, LLC, based in Fairfield, Calif., and Homayoun Pourshirazi for Pourshirazi & Youssefi Dental Corp., based in Lake Elsinore, Calif.

The San Diego-based provider of in-home skilled nursing services filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sept. 12 under case number 22-02384.
