Sandy Road Farms files bankruptcy with over $50 million in debt

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 2 – Sandy Road Farms, LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas.

In its petition, the company reported $1 million to $10 million in assets and $50 million to $500 million in liabilities.

The company is represented by McDowell Rice Smith & Buchanan.

The Plains, Kan.-based agricultural company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy under case number 22-40446.
