YeaShin International lowers conversion price on convertible bonds

Los Angeles, July 18 – YeaShin International Development Co., Ltd. announced it adjusted the conversion price for its seventh domestic secured convertible bonds.

The company will lower the conversion price to NT$13.63 from NT$14.84, starting Aug. 7, according to a notice.

The adjustment is in response to the company’s 2021 capital surplus dividend distribution operations.

YeaShin is a Taipei, Taiwan-based company engaged in the development and rental of residential buildings and other buildings.
