Unison plans new financing via Antares for buyout by Madison Dearborn

New York, July 13 – Unison has received a commitment for financing from Antares Capital to help fund its acquisition by Madison Dearborn Partners LLC from Carlyle, according to a news release.

Carlyle will remain a minority investor in the company.

Closing is expected this quarter.

Unison is a Dulles, Va.-based provider of procurement, supply chain, and contract management software to U.S. federal government agencies and government contractors.
