Prospect News reports five new defaults for June 30-July 6

Olympia, Wash., July 8 – Prospect News reported five new defaults for the period of June 30 through July 6.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by Voyager Digital Ltd., SAS AB and Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, Inc., a missed interest payment from Endo International plc, and a missed interest and principal payment from Shimao Group Holdings Ltd.

Prospect News also reported a missed interest and principal payment from Zhenro Properties Group Ltd., but the company had already defaulted several times previously.

So far in 2022, Prospect News has reported 80 defaults, including 37 Chapter 11 filings, 23 missed interest payments, nine missed interest and principal payments, six Chapter 15 filings, and one each of Chapter 7 filings, reorganizations, liquidations, administrations and bankruptcy filings.

The companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week reported at least $11.05 billion in assets and at least $2.1 billion in liabilities.
