888 Acquisitions to repay euro term loan A with notes proceeds

New York, April 30 – 888 Acquisitions Ltd. plans to refinance its existing euro term loan A using proceeds from a £400 million equivalent sterling fixed-rate notes and euro floating-rate notes offering, according to a market source.

888 is an online betting and gaming company.
