S&P rates VR-Yhtyma notes A+
S&P said it assigned an A+ long-term issue rating to the senior unsecured green bond issued by VR-Yhtyma Oyj.
“We rate the senior unsecured debt issued by VR Group A+, the same level as the issuer credit rating, reflecting the company's modest financial risk profile. We consider that VR Group has low enough leverage to limit the possibility of any lenders being significantly disadvantaged relative to other lenders,” the agency said in a press release.
VR Group intends to use the proceeds to finance and refinance eligible green investments.
The outlook is stable.
