New Issue: UBS prices $499,973 1% trigger yield optimization notes on Vaneck Gold
New York, April 19 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $499,972.50 of 1% annualized trigger yield optimization notes due Oct. 23, 2024 linked to the shares of Vaneck Gold Miners ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The face amount of each note is $33.75, which is equal to the initial share price.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price of Vaneck Gold stock is less than 80.89% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive the value of one Vaneck Gold share in cash per note.
