Light & Wonder to use proceeds to redeem 8 5/8% notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 9 – Light & Wonder, Inc. (formerly Scientific Games Corp.) intends to use the proceeds from a proposed new issue of senior notes to fully redeem the $550 million outstanding 8 5/8% notes due 2025 issued by wholly owned subsidiary Light and Wonder International, Inc., according to a news release.

The proceeds of the new issue will be used to pay for the redemption, any related premiums, fees and costs and related fees and expenses of the new notes offering and accrued interest

Light & Wonder is a Las Vegas-based cross-platform games and entertainment company.
