Wireless Systems Solutions gets interim access to cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., March 18 – Wireless Systems Solutions, LLC received interim approval to access the cash collateral of its secured creditors, according to an interim order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

The Small Business Administration has consented to the debtor’s use of the cash collateral. However, the remaining potential secured creditors have not consented.

A further hearing is scheduled for April 12.

The Morrisville, N.C.-based cellular network solutions company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 9 under case number 22-00513.
