Kistos buys back €1.7 million 8¾% senior secured bonds due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 9 – Kistos NL2 BV bought back €1.7 million of its 8¾% senior secured bonds due 2024 (ISIN: NO0010990575) on Jan. 5, according to a notice.

Kistos now holds €68.4 million of the initial €90 million issued.

The bonds were issued under the name Tulip Oil Netherlands Offshore BV, just before the issuer was renamed.

The bonds were issued May 11, 2021 using Nordic Trustee AS as trustee.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Pareto Securities AS were managers.

The issuer is based out of London. Kistos plc is an independent energy company focused on low-carbon, low-impact development and production opportunities across mature natural gas basins and energy generation projects.
