Carraro Finance to redeem €180 million senior notes due 2025 at 100.375

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 10 – Carraro Finance SA announced it will redeem early its €180 million senior notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS1747134564), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed in full on Dec. 11 at the redemption price of 100.375 plus accrued interest.

They were originally issued on Feb. 7, 2018.

The principal paying agent for the notes is the Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch.

Carraro makes eco-compatible power transmission systems primarily for agricultural machinery. The Campodarsego, Padua, Italy-based company has production plants in India, Argentina, China, South Africa and Brazil.
