S&P stabilizes Sempra Infrastructure

S&P said it changed its outlook for Sempra Infrastructure Partners LP to stable from negative and affirmed its BBB issuer and BBB- senior unsecured debt ratings.

The outlook revision reflects a similar action on the issuer’s parent Sempra Energy, the agency said.
