Buffalo, N.Y., June 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.75 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due July 2, 2024 linked to the iShares Semiconductor ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the gain with the payout capped at par plus 32%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any ETF decline.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
