New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.03 million digital equity notes linked to iShares Semiconductor ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.03 million of 0% digital equity notes due Oct. 31, 2023 linked to the iShares Semiconductor ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will par plus 19.7%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% of ETF decline beyond 15%.
