Moody's rates MS fund notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund's planned senior unsecured notes Baa3.

“The transaction has no effect on Msdlf's Baa3 long-term issuer rating; the rating outlook for Msdlf is stable,” the agency said in a press release.

The company has indicated the proceeds will be used to repay outstanding secured indebtedness, make investments and for general corporate purposes.
