Former Nine Point reports $18,000 loss from operations for November

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 31 – NPE Winddown Holdings, Inc., formerly known as Nine Point Energy Holdings, Inc., reported an $18,000 loss from operations for November on zero total revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company also reported a $18,000 loss from operations on zero total revenues for the October period.

The net loss for the November period was $112,000, compared to a net loss of $178,000 for October.

The company listed $2.32 million of cash and equivalents as of Nov. 30, compared to $3.43 million at the end of October.

The Denver-based exploration and production company filed bankruptcy on March 15, 2021 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10570.
