Concord, N.H., March 1– Valstybes investicinis kapitalas UAB issued €25 million of three-year senior unsecured notes to yield 0.65%, according to a news release on Tuesday.
The notes were issued under the company’s €400 million program.
Luminor Bank AS acted as manager and bookrunner, and law firm TGS Baltic advised on transaction documentation.
The private placement was subscribed by Baltic institutional investors. The total amount of submitted purchase orders reached €144 million, according to the release.
Proceeds will be used to provide additional capital to the Aid Fund for Business, which is managed by the States Investment Management Agency.
Valstybes investicinis kapitalas was established by Lithuania’s Ministry of Economy and Innovation and is the vehicle for the state’s contribution to a business fund.
