Eternity Investment holders waive Nov. 25 principal repayment

Chicago, Nov. 29 – Eternity Investment Ltd. provided an update on the guaranteed secured notes with a principal amount payment due Nov. 25, according to an announcement.

Holders have agreed to waive the obligations of the company to fully repay the principal amount until Dec. 24.

The company will be issuing new notes, but needs time to finalize the relevant documents.

The Hong Kong-based company was previously known as China Star Investment Holdings Ltd.
