New Issue: GS Finance prices $765,000 autocallables linked to Goldman Sachs Momentum Builder

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $765,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due May 5, 2026 linked to the Goldman Sachs Momentum Builder Focus ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above its initial level on April 30, 2024, the notes will be automatically called at par plus 15.5%.

If the notes are not called and the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the index return. If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
