DBS Bank to price five-year fixed-rate dollar-denominated covered notes

Los Angeles, March 10 – DBS Bank Ltd., acting through its registered office in Singapore, is planning a dollar-denominated offering of fixed-rate covered notes due March 17, 2027, according to a notice.

Bayfront Covered Bonds Pte. Ltd. will be the guarantor.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, DBS Bank Ltd., Barclays, ING, RBC Capital Markets, Societe Generale and Wells Fargo will act as managers.

DBS is a financial services group based in Singapore.
