New Issue: RBC prices $2.06 million notes linked to basket of nine stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., June 1 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $2.06 million of 0% notes due May 29, 2026 linked to an equally weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the stocks of Apple Inc., Chevron Corp., Alphabet Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Meta Platforms, Inc., Microsoft Corp., Procter & Gamble Co., Tesla, Inc. and Exxon Mobil Corp.

If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 32%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
