New Issue: JPMorgan prices $740,000 digital notes linked to four stocks

Chicago, March 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $740,000 of 0% digital notes due June 10, 2025 linked to the shares of American Express Co., Microsoft Corp., Meta Platforms, Inc. and Citigroup Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each stock finishes above its above its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 25%.

Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the return of the least performing stock, with full exposure to the decline.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
