New Issue: GS Finance prices $5.85 million digital buffered basket-linked notes on tech stock basket

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 10 – GS Finance Corp. priced $5.85 million of digital buffered basket-linked notes due Feb. 11, 2025 linked to an equally-weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. and Microsoft Corp.

If the basket finishes at or above threshold level, 85% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 26.39%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
