New Issue: Citigroup sells $1 million 12.2% equity-linked securities on Alphabet, Meta, Qualcomm

Columbus, Ohio, July 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of equity-linked securities due Jan. 28, 2025 tied to the least performing of the shares of Alphabet Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., and Qualcomm Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 12.2% per year, payable monthly.

If each stock finishes at or above 50% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final fixed coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
