New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.58 million digital equity basket-linked notes on tech stock basket

Buffalo, N.Y., June 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.58 million of 0% digital equity basket-linked notes due Dec. 11, 2023 linked to an equally-weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The basket consists of Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc., Tesla, Inc., Alphabet Inc. and Meta Platforms, Inc.

If the basket return is at least 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 22.25%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 15%.
