New York, May 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.9 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 21, 2022 linked to the class C common stock of Meta Platforms, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 14% if the stock closes above 75.3% of its initial level on any quarterly observation date. Previously unpaid coupons will also be paid.
The securities will be called automatically starting Feb. 16, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the stock closes above its initial level.
At maturity the payout will be par unless the stock closes below its 75.3% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
