Chicago, Oct. 29 – Seche Environnement SA sold a €300 million offering of 2¼% seven-year sustainability-linked senior notes (BB/BB) at par, according to a notice.
A market source had noted that expectations were for a yield between 2¼% and 2½%.
Books closed on Thursday.
BNP Paribas is the left bookrunner.
Credit Agricole CIB and Natixis were lead managers.
The Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.
The Paris-based provider of residential and commercial solid waste services plans to use the proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purpose.
