Fitch rates Lukoil Capital notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Lukoil Capital DAC's upcoming notes a senior unsecured rating of BBB+.

The notes will be guaranteed by Lukoil PJSC, rated BBB+, and will rank pari passu with all other unsubordinated and unsecured debt of Lukoil.

The proceeds are expected to be used by Lukoil for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
