New Issue: GS Finance sells $68.5 million index-linked notes on Fintech, Cybersecurity, Semiconductor indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $68.5 million of 0% index-linked notes due Oct. 3, 2024 tied to the PHLX Semiconductor Sector index, the MSCI ACWI IMI Fintech Innovation index and the MSCI ACWI IMI Cybersecurity Innovation index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3717 times the return of the worst performing index.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing index.
