Fitch gives Becle notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it gave a BBB+ rating to Becle, SAB de CV's planned up to $800 million unsecured notes issuance with a maturity of up to 10 years.

Fitch’s foreign-currency and local-currency issuer default ratings for Becle is BBB+.

The proceeds will be used to repay in full short-term banks loans, refinance the 2025 senior notes and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
