The notes priced at 98.37 to yield 1.749%.
The notes have a make-whole call at the benchmark Gilt plus 15 basis points.
Barclays, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc, NatWest Markets plc were bookrunners for the notes.
Stonewater Funding is a Leicestershire-based house-building program.
