New Advanced Electronics puts moratorium on bond conversions

Chicago, June 13 – New Advanced Electronics Technologies Co., Ltd. is suspending conversion on its third secured convertible bond from June 19 to July 18, according to a notice.

The conversion period relates to a cash capital increase operation wherein the company is marketing an additional 450,000 shares.

Based in Taiwan, the issuer develops and manufactures power supplies and chargers.
