New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.28 million 26.5% yield notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, April 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.28 million of yield notes due July 17, 2025 linked to the common stocks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., Tesla, Inc. and Upstart Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 26.5%, paid monthly.

If the worst performing stock gains or ends above its 20% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the worst performing stock beyond its buffer.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
