New Issue: JPMorgan prices $336,000 21.25% yield notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, Feb. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $336,000 of yield notes due Feb. 20, 2026 linked to the common stocks of Alphabet Inc., NXP Semiconductors NV and Upstart Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 21.25%, paid monthly.

If the worst performing stock gains or ends above its 20% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the worst performing stock beyond its buffer.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
