New Issue: Taiwan’s Vanguard International Semiconductor prices NT$5 billion bonds in two parts

Concord, N.H., Sept. 28 – Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. priced NT$5 billion of five-year straight corporate bonds in two series at par, according to a notice on Tuesday.

The NT$4.3 billion of tranche A bonds priced with a 0.57% coupon.

The NT$700 million of tranche B bonds priced with a 0.52% coupon.

KGI Securities Co., Ltd. was the lead underwriter of the Regulation S deal, which is the company’s first such issuance in 2021.

Proceeds will be used for expansion or for environmental protection related expenditures.

Vanguard is an integrated circuit foundry service provider based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
