Buffalo, N.Y., July 28 – Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd. priced S$450 million of 3.3% notes due July 28, 2028, according to a Singapore Exchange notice on Wednesday.
The lead manager and bookrunner for the offering is DBS Bank Ltd.
The listing is expected to become effective July 29.
Vertex is a venture capital investment holding company based in Singapore.
