S&P pulls Midcoast (East Texas) ratings

S&P said it withdrew its B issuer credit rating on Midcoast (East Texas) LLC.

The withdrawal follows Midcoast's announcement it will no longer pursue its planned $25 million revolving credit facility or $400 million term loan, the agency said.

The outlook on the company was stable.
