New Issue: JPMorgan prices $270,000 review notes linked to MerQube US Tech

New York, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $270,000 of 0% review notes due Jan. 17, 2029 linked to MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at par plus 28.5% per year starting Jan. 21, 2025 if the price of the index is greater than or equal to its closing price and on any subsequent annual review date.

The final call premium is 142.5%.

If the notes are not called and the worst performing index finishes at or above its 60% final barrier the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise investors will lose 1% loss for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
