New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.5 million 10% autocallable yield notes on MerQube US Tech+

New York, Feb. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 19, 2027 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10%, paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date starting Aug. 14, 2024.

At maturity, the payout will be par if the index declines by no more than 20%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
