New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.1 million review notes linked to MerQube US Tech+

New York, Sept. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.1 million of 0% review notes due Sept. 1, 2028 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus a call premium of 20.5% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly determination date starting Feb. 29, 2024.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Investors will receive par unless the index declines by more than 50%, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
