New York, July 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due July 14, 2028 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 315% of the return of the index.
The payout will be par if the index declines but finishes at or above its 50% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
